Please Note: There will not be any equipment or personnel available to unload, move or load your exhibits, and vehicles are not permitted to drive into the building.

All display items must be moved to your assigned interior booth space between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 1, or between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. on the day of the Expo. We will be offering contact hours for attendees featuring educational tours of the exhibits. Please indicate below if you would like to host a 15-minute presentation on one of the tours. This is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please return your information as soon as possible. You will be contacted via phone or email by a Northeast District AWWA officer prior to the EXPO for more details. 

The deadline to register for tour participation is Sunday, April 14, 2024.
